Walking Fish Limited/eposlease will not disclose any item of information relating to a client in any form to any external entity that is not in accordance with our Data Protection policy. We may however contact you on occasion with regards to new products and offers which we believe may be of interest to you from both Walking Fish Limited & eposlease Walking Fish Limited/eposlease retains all rights to items of intellectual property unless specifically, by means of written documentation, given to the client as part of a project deliverable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Images, logos, and graphics
- Source Code
- Object Code
- Documentation
No piece of intellectual property belonging to Walking Fish Limited may be copied, published, or distributed without express written permission from Walking Fish Limited/eposlease
Walking Fish Limited/eposlease reserves the right to perform credit checks on any client and may require complete or partial payment before commencement of work depending on the outcome of this search.
You have the right to request see all information held on you by Walking Fish Limited/eposlease under the Data Protection Act. An administrative fee may be charged in accordance with data protection legislation and a period of time will be required to ensure that all items of sensitive data relating to other party can be removed. Currently this period is 40 days.
Internet communications and email are not necessarily secure and may be intercepted or changed after they are sent.
Walking Fish Limited/eposlease does not accept liability for any such changes to electronically send items. If you wish to confirm the origin or content of any communication, please contact the sender using an alternative means of communication.
