Process
Quotation
Once you have submitted your requirement to us, we will be back to you within 1hr with a competitive quotation OR a requirement for additional information. This stage will involve us and our related parties conducting the required credit searches.
Underwriting
Once you have approved and returned the signed quotation, we will process the facility for final acceptance by our underwriters. Standard acceptance time is 1-24 hours. We will package, submit and monitor your application direct ensuring you receive the best possible terms available.
Final offer and documentation
Once approved, we will issue the legal documents for signing. This can be done via email or post. If our original quote has changed due to underwriting, we will issue you an amended offer of finance to approve before releasing the documents.
Delivery and payout
Once we have received back all the signed documentation we will authorise the chosen supplier to deliver your equipment and install. Once you have confirmed you are happy, we at then at that point activate your agreement and payment to the supplier is made within 24 hours

How long does the whole process take with you?
Each case will be treated individually and timescales will vary on circumstances, but from submission to signing of documents can take as little as 1-48 hours and your chosen supplier will be paid within 24 hours of installation
I am a new start company, can you still help?
Yes we can, every case has to be checked individually - whether you are a new start company or a government funded body we can assist. Our underwriters are specialists in all sectors from new starts to government funded bodies.
What happens if I am buying from more than one supplier?
No problem, we will communicate to all on your behalf - you can have as many suppliers as you wish.
What happens if I need more equipment during the lease?
This is what we call "system refresh" - we are able to upgrade and bolt on additional equipment at any time - allowing you to keep up with not only your company demands but also the latest technology
Say I need more than EPOS, I also need fixture and fittings and CCTV for example?
No problem, not only are we a product and service of walking fish, our underwriters will consider any additional equipment needs you may have.
Are you process systems automatic or do they have the personal touch?
We don't operate automated systems, we provide a personal service. We personally assess each requirement to ensure you receive the maximum benefit and most competitive facility. This goes the same for our underwriters
